• We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit Local Clouds, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on media, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Georgia. If you have any concern about privacy at Local Clouds, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Examples of information you can access easily at Local Clouds include up-to-date information regarding recent orders; personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail, password), payment settings (including credit card information) e-mail notifications.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. Delivery of Product
Product delivery is promised within 72 hours of agreement.

Pricing
Clients lease online advertising space on a month-to-month term. The rate per month is $300.

Termination
This Agreement shall terminate as follows: Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty days written notice to the other party; Local Clouds shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon Client’s failure to make its monthly payment timely for two straight months or for a third failure in any twelve month period.

Miscellaneous
Governing Law : The validity of this Agreement and any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties to this Agreement, shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Georgia. All parties to this Agreement agree that the venue and jurisdiction of all claims shall be in the Magistrate, State or Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. Entire Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties to this Agreement with respect to its subject matter, and no other agreement, statement, or promise relating to the subject matter of this Agreement that is not contained in it shall be valid or binding.

Binding Effect
This Agreement shall be binding on the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns of the respective parties.
